Retainer & Appointment Information

A retainer fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment time. This retainer holds space specifically for you and is applied toward your scheduled service.

​Secure online credit card processing is used for bookings. If preferred, clients may use a Visa gift card loaded with the 40% retainer amount and pay the remaining balance in cash at the in-person appointment.

If you are unable to attend your appointment due to a true emergency, I may, at my discretion, apply the retainer to a future appointment. Otherwise, the retainer is non-refundable if you fail to cancel or reschedule within the stated cancellation policy timeframe.

For safety and privacy, the in-person session address will be emailed to you after your appointment is booked.
For virtual sessions, Zoom meeting information will be sent to the email address used to create your booking account.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Changes can be made directly through your booking account up until that time.
