I’m Kristen—an ordained minister, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) practitioner, Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET) Master Instructor, Reiki Master Teacher, and Relationship Coach. I specialize in helping people reconnect with their soul’s wisdom, clear emotional patterns, and create deep healing at the root.

QHHT® Past Life Regression Hypnosis
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®), developed by Dolores Cannon, is a gentle yet powerful method designed to access the subconscious mind for insight, clarity, and healing. Through a deeply relaxed state, clients are guided to explore the most appropriate memories, experiences, or timelines connected to their current life challenges.

QHHT® Session (Approximately 4 Hours)
Using Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique®, developed by Dolores Cannon, we explore the subconscious mind to uncover insight, emotional patterns, past life experiences, and guidance from the Higher Self.
Integration Session (60 Minutes)
After your QHHT experience, this follow-up session provides space to reflect, process, and integrate what surfaced during hypnosis. Together, we explore practical next steps, emotional shifts, and ways to continue supporting your healing journey.

IET® Intensive: Basic, Intermediate & Advanced Training
Join us for a powerful 3-day IET® Intensive Training Weekend where you’ll complete the Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels of Integrated Energy Therapy®.
