A grounded, transparent guide so you can feel safe, prepared, and confident
If you’ve been curious about Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) but feel unsure what actually happens in a session, you’re not alone. Most people don’t hesitate because they aren’t interested — they hesitate because they don’t want surprises.
This post is here to offer clarity and safety through transparency.
I’ll walk you through the QHHT process step-by-step, explain what you might experience, and share what matters most: you are always in control, and the session is designed to feel supportive, not scary.
What QHHT Is, in Simple Terms
QHHT is a guided hypnosis process that helps you access a deeply relaxed, focused state of awareness (often associated with a theta brainwave state). In that space, people can explore subconscious material for insight, clarity, and personal understanding.
A QHHT session is not about someone “doing something to you.”It’s about creating the right conditions for your inner wisdom to speak.
Step 1: The Pre-Session Conversation
This is where safety begins.
Before any hypnosis begins, we talk — usually for a good amount of time. This part matters because it helps you feel seen, heard, and grounded. It also helps me understand your goals and make sure you feel emotionally prepared.
In this conversation, we typically cover:
What brought you here and what you’re hoping for
Your life story themes (big moments, patterns, challenges)
What you’ve tried already (and what hasn’t worked)
Your comfort level with meditation/hypnosis
Anything you’re nervous about (very welcome here)
Your intention for the session
Building your questions list
Most QHHT sessions include a list of questions you want to ask your Higher Self/subconscious. These might be about:
life purpose and direction
repeating emotional patterns
relationships
health and wellness support (non-diagnostic)
spiritual growth
clarity around choices and timing
This is also where we set expectations: insight is common, but every session looks different.

Step 2: Getting Comfortable + Grounding
Your nervous system needs to know it’s safe.
Next, we set you up comfortably. You’re fully clothed and supported with pillows/blankets if you like. The environment is calm and quiet.
We’ll do a short grounding process, such as:
breathing to settle the body
relaxing the shoulders, jaw, hands
orienting to the room (a simple safety cue for the mind)
This may feel similar to meditation — just deeper.
Step 3: The Induction (Entering Hypnosis)
This is gentle and gradual.
An “induction” is simply the guided process that helps you enter a relaxed, focused state. Think of it like slowly walking down a staircase into calm.
You may notice:
your body feels heavy or warm
your mind becomes quieter
imagery begins to appear
time feels different
you feel deeply relaxed but still aware
Important: You can still speak. You can still move. You can still choose. You’re not “gone.” You’re just deeply focused inward.

Step 4: The Exploration
This is where your subconscious communicates.
Once you’re in that focused state, you begin describing what you’re noticing — often in the form of imagery, scenes, sensations, emotions, or symbolic experiences.
Some people experience:
what feels like a past life
a memory-like scene
symbolic stories (your subconscious communicates in symbols)
sensations in the body
colors, light, or energetic impressions
a sense of “knowing” without visuals
There’s no “right” way to experience this part. The subconscious speaks differently for each person.
My role is to ask calm, neutral questions like:
“What do you notice?”
“What happens next?”
“How do you feel in that moment?”
“What is important for you to understand here?”
This is not performance-based. If you’re seeing nothing at first, that’s okay — we gently work with what is present.
Step 5: Connecting With the Higher Self / Subconscious
This is the QHHT dialogue portion.
When it’s appropriate, we transition into a direct conversation with your Higher Self/subconscious. This is where many people receive clarity, reframes, relief, or guidance.
We’ll ask your prepared questions one by one.
This part can feel:
very calm and steady
emotionally validating
surprisingly clear
deeply peaceful
Sometimes it’s straightforward. Sometimes it’s symbolic. Sometimes it’s gentle. Sometimes it’s firm (in a loving way). The tone varies, but the goal is always insight and alignment.
Step 6: Closing the Session
We return slowly and safely.
After the dialogue, we gently guide you back to full waking awareness. This is not abrupt — it’s a gradual return.
You may feel:
relaxed and calm
a little “floaty”
emotional (in a good release way)
tired, as if you’ve had deep inner work
We take time here. There is no rushing.

Step 7: Post-Session Integration
This is where the real transformation deepens.
Many people expect the “big moment” to happen only during hypnosis, but integration is where changes settle into real life.
After QHHT, it’s common to experience:
emotional processing in the following days
vivid dreams
clarity around choices
a shift in what you tolerate, desire, or prioritize
a deeper connection to intuition
Helpful integration practices
drink extra water
eat grounding foods
take a quiet walk
journal what stood out
rest
avoid overstimulation for 24 hours if possible
If you’re sensitive, you may benefit from gentle energy support afterward (like Reiki), but it’s not required.
What If I’m Nervous I “Won’t Be Able To”?
This is one of the most common fears — and it’s completely normal.
QHHT is not about trying hard. It’s about allowing. A calm practitioner and a safe setting matter. So does readiness.
If your mind is very active, we work with that. If you’re skeptical, that’s okay too. Many logical minds do beautifully once they realize they aren’t being judged.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I be unconscious?
No. You’ll be deeply relaxed and focused inward, but you remain aware and able to speak.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. You can pause, move, ask questions, or end the session at any time.
Do I have to see a past life?
No. Some sessions are symbolic or intuitive rather than visual, and they can still be deeply meaningful.
How long is a QHHT session?
Most sessions are several hours, because the pre-talk and integration time matter. (Your exact session length can be shared when booking.)
A Gentle Next Step
If QHHT is calling to you, the next best step is a simple one: a conversation.
You don’t have to be “ready” in a perfect way. You just need to feel willing — and to choose a practitioner who values safety, consent, and grounded guidance.
If you’d like help deciding whether QHHT is right for you, I’m happy to guide you toward the best starting point — whether that’s QHHT, Reiki, or another supportive option.
