Exploring Virtual Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) From the Comfort of Home

One question I hear about hypnosis is whether you can really have this kind of experience without being in the same room as your practitioner.

And the answer is yes! With Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH), we can explore past-life regression and the subconscious through a virtual hypnosis session using Zoom.

If you've been interested in hypnosis but don't live near Noblesville, Indiana, or simply prefer being in your own home, this might be an option worth exploring.

How Does Online Past Life Regression Work?

First, I think it's important to understand that hypnosis isn't about someone taking control of your mind.

You're not unconscious, and you're not giving up control of yourself. Hypnosis is a state of focused awareness where you can relax, use your imagination, and explore what comes forward.

During a BQH session, I'll guide you through the process, just as I would if you were sitting in my office.

Some people experience vivid imagery or stories that feel connected to other lifetimes. Others notice emotions, memories, symbols, or perspectives they hadn't considered before.

And sometimes the experience is completely different from what someone expected!

I don't believe in telling you what you're supposed to see or experience. My role is to guide you, ask questions, and give you the opportunity to explore.

Whether you view past-life experiences as spiritual, symbolic, or something else entirely is up to you.

What Do You Need for a Virtual BQH Session?

You really don't need anything elaborate.

Actually, one of the nice things about having your hypnosis session online is that you get to create a space where you already feel comfortable.

Here's what I recommend:

  • A quiet, private room where you won't be interrupted for a few hours.

  • A comfortable place to recline or lie down.

  • A reliable internet connection and a device that works with Zoom. Not your phone.

  • Headphones or earbuds with a microphone so we can hear each other clearly.

  • Water, a blanket, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable.

  • A little extra time afterward so you're not immediately rushing into your next responsibility.

If you have children, pets, or other people in your home, it's a good idea to make arrangements so you can have uninterrupted time.

And don't worry about making your space look perfect. I'm much more concerned with you being comfortable than what your room looks like!

How Do I Prepare for My Online Hypnosis Session?

Before we meet, I encourage you to spend some time thinking about what brought you to hypnosis in the first place.

Maybe you're curious about past lives.

Maybe you've noticed certain patterns repeating in your relationships or life.

Maybe you're going through changes and have questions about what comes next.

Or perhaps you've been interested in this kind of work for years and you're finally ready to experience it for yourself.

You can write down questions you'd like to explore, but you don't need to have everything figured out.

I also recommend getting a good night's sleep, eating beforehand, and giving yourself enough time to settle in without feeling rushed. Please refrain from consuming alcohol, recreational drugs, or other non-prescribed intoxicating substances for at least 24 hours before your session.

We'll go over the preparation details before your appointment, so you won't be left wondering what you're supposed to do.

What Happens During a Virtual BQH Session?

One of the things I enjoy most about this work is getting to know the person I'm working with.

We don't just jump straight into hypnosis!

First, we talk.

We'll spend time discussing what's happening in your life, your questions, and what you're hoping to explore.

I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, too. If you've never experienced hypnosis before, that's perfectly okay.

Then we move into hypnosis.

Once you're comfortable, I'll guide you into a relaxed, focused state.

From there, we'll explore whatever comes forward during your session.

BQH allows some flexibility in how we approach the experience. Depending on your interests and intentions, we may incorporate visualization, energy work, or other spiritual practices.

You can communicate with me throughout the session.

Afterward, we talk about your experience.

We'll take some time to discuss what came forward, what stood out to you, and any questions you might have.

Sometimes people leave with a new perspective. Other times they have things they want to reflect on over the following days.

There's no single experience that everyone is supposed to have.

My BQH sessions last up to three hours, giving us time for the conversation, hypnosis, and reflection afterward.

What's the Difference Between QHHT and BQH?

If you've been researching past-life regression, you may have come across both methods.

I offer both, and while they have similarities, there are a few important differences.

QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) was developed by Dolores Cannon. It follows a specific process and is conducted in person according to the method's guidelines.

My QHHT sessions are held at my office in Noblesville, Indiana.

BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing) was created by Candace Craw-Goldman and allows more flexibility in the session process.

It can incorporate complementary spiritual practices and, importantly, it can be experienced virtually.

So if you've been wanting to explore this type of hypnosis but can't travel to my office, BQH gives us another way to work together.

Neither method is necessarily better than the other. It depends on what interests you and the experience you're looking for.

What If I Can't Be Hypnotized?

This is another question that comes up!

People sometimes worry that they'll do something wrong, won't relax enough, or won't see anything.

You don't need to force an experience.

Some people are very visual, while others experience things through feelings, thoughts, or simply a sense of knowing.

And hypnosis doesn't have to feel dramatically different from your normal awareness.

We'll talk about your concerns before beginning. There's no pressure to have a particular experience, and I can't promise what will come forward.
