A gentle Reiki session may be a supportive place to start if you are feeling stressed, depleted, or in need of calm. Integrated Energy Therapy® may be a better fit if you feel emotionally stuck or sense that old patterns are ready to be released. QHHT® may be helpful if you are seeking deeper insight, spiritual exploration, or answers from the subconscious mind. Relationship coaching may be the best starting point if your focus is communication, boundaries, connection, or relationship patterns.

No. You do not need to fully understand or believe in energy healing before receiving a session. Many people begin with curiosity, uncertainty, or even a little skepticism.

The most important thing is that you feel comfortable, open to the experience, and willing to notice how your body, mind, and emotions respond. During a session, you are welcome to simply relax, breathe, and receive without needing to “do it right.”

That is very common. Many people feel drawn to more than one service because healing, growth, and self-discovery do not always fit neatly into one category.

People come to this work from many different spiritual backgrounds, including Christianity. My sessions are not designed to replace anyone’s faith, beliefs, prayer life, church community, or relationship with God.

I approach this work with respect, compassion, consent, and the intention of supporting your well-being. You are always welcome to use language that feels aligned for you, set personal boundaries, pray before or after your session, and choose only the services that feel comfortable for your beliefs.

If you feel unsure, I encourage you to pray, reflect, ask questions, and honor your own discernment before booking. My goal is never to convince you of anything, but to create a supportive space where you feel safe, respected, and in choice.

Yes. I offer both in-person and online sessions, depending on the service.

Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy®, Akashic Records, and relationship coaching may be available in person or online. QHHT® sessions are offered in person only, as they require a longer private session space and a specific session process.

In-person sessions are held in Noblesville, Indiana. Online sessions are held through Zoom.
