One of Reiki’s most powerful—and often overlooked—benefits is how deeply it supports the nervous system.

Many people come to Reiki feeling exhausted, anxious, overstimulated, or emotionally overwhelmed. They may not always have the words for it, but their body does. The nervous system has been working overtime, stuck in a constant state of alert, trying to keep up with life’s demands.
